Gold Round Wedding Table with Glass Top
A round table that “seats 6 to 10” is a useful sentence with a missing piece. Six and ten aren’t the same dinner. The Round Table Event With Glass Top For Wedding (SKU MT-085) from Tanabata gives that range, but not the diameter that explains it. So let’s do the math.

The spec sheet

Why “6 to 10” needs a diameter
How many people sit comfortably at a round table depends on its edge. Allow roughly 24 inches (60 cm) of edge per guest for a plated dinner, less for a tighter squeeze.
A 60-inch (150 cm) top has about 188 inches of edge. At 24 inches each, that’s 7 to 8 guests with room to eat. Squeeze to 19 inches each and you reach 10.
A 72-inch (180 cm) top has about 226 inches of edge. That’s 9 guests at 24 inches, or 11 to 12 when it’s tight.
The listing doesn’t state a diameter. A range of 6 to 10 points to a top somewhere around 60 inches, but that’s my reading, not a spec. Ask for the exact diameter before you plan a floor layout.
Plan for the comfortable number
Treat the low end as the formal-dinner number and the high end as the family-style number. If your guests will have plated courses, wine glasses and a centerpiece, plan toward 8 on a 60-inch top. Save 10 for tables where people are happy to sit close.
Legs decide knee room
The page says the leg can be custom. That matters more than it sounds. A wide pedestal or a base with several legs eats into knee space, and a guest who ends up straddling a leg is not having a good dinner.
If you want to seat the top of the range, ask for a slim base or a leg position that stays clear of the chairs. Ask, too, what a custom leg does to the price, the shipping crate size and the delivery time.
Glass or MDF
The top comes in glass or MDF. Glass is bright and reflective, and it makes the gold read richer under evening light. MDF is lighter, tougher in shipping and easier to keep tidy. For a one-off wedding, glass photographs well. For rental stock that moves every weekend, MDF is easier to live with.
Why round works in a banquet hall
Round tables suit rooms where conversation matters. Nobody sits at the head, and everyone can see everyone else. They also pack efficiently in a grid, which helps in a large hall where you’re fitting dozens of tables around a dance floor.
The gold mirrored finish works best with warm palettes: ivory, blush, candlelight, greenery. Against cool silver or black color schemes, gold can look like it’s arguing with the room, so match it to the other metals in the venue. The rose gold and silver options are worth asking about if your palette is cooler.
Before you order
Confirm the diameter and the table height. Check the height against your chairs, because a mismatch is hard to fix on the day.
Ask whether the glass top ships separately from the base. Glass is usually crated apart to reduce breakage, which affects your freight volume.
Ask about the delivery time with a custom leg. Allow extra time between order and wedding date, and don’t leave it to the last month.
Wipe the glass right before guests sit down. Mirrored surfaces show fingerprints and water rings more than most.
Order the diameter you need
The right table is the one that fits your guest list without squeezing anyone. Get the diameter in writing, pick the legs on purpose, and plan toward the comfortable number.
